OOTD
Hi Lovely People!
It's been AGES since I've posted. I did submit a post around Christmas for an outfit I wore. It was rejected for a technicality (the ljcut was in the wrong place) yet I got caught up with the holidays and never did get around to fixing it. Such a simple thing too! Ah well!
The outfit below is one I usually wear to death. I like the lace top yet I'm unsure how else to style it except under a cardigan or blazer (which I've yet to acquire). I wore it with my pretty blue scarf today but only included the pic w/o it so the details of the shirt could be seen better. Also - does the belt I have look too wide for the cardigan? I know many people wear skinny belts over cardigans (although I've seen plenty of wider belts) yet for this cardigan I feel a skinny one might work better... *shrug*
Anywho - this is a really comfy outfit overall which is probably why I wear it to death, lol. And those boots are so comfy too. I saw some very similar ones at Lane Bryant a few months back and was undecided on buying them. They were a bit more than I was willing to spend at the time (holidays were approaching) so I held off. I'm glad I did because I found these on Forever 21 for $20 cheaper. I was wary that they wouldn't be comfortable and I've been proven wrong. I can wear them all day. I'm loving Forever 21 more and more!
On to the outfit...BTW I forgot to put the jewelry on for the picture. I'd taken them off so I could get closeup shots. Ooops

I'm 5'6 and about 240 lbs. I usually wear a 16 on top and 16/18 on bottom, depending. However, like many of the plus-sized fashion bloggers mention, the size on the tag can be completely irrelevant at times!
Cardigan & Earrings: Tarjay

Belt: Came with a diff. shirt from Marshall's
Jeans (feel like jeggings though - super stretchy): Forever 21+
Boots: Forever 21
Flower Ring (which clearly has some jewels missing - it's one of my favs): Jewelry sale @ work
Pink Ring: Wet Seal
Annnnnnnd don't feel obligated to look/follow but I have a blog now. The blog has more details about this outfit. I don't know how regularly I'll post. It's just my own blog with my own ramblings so it will be all over the place. I tend to write a lot (sometimes too much) so if you don't like lengthy posts you can just look at the pictures, lol. If I even get one follower for like another 6 months I'll be ecstatic. It's the simple things. =)
