What do you want in a sports bra?
I just interviewed Jen, one of the co-owners of heart&core Athletic Apparel -- which makes a really nifty-looking sports bra -- for a fatshion-unrelated article.
Heart&core's current sizes go up to 30 for apparel and 42DD for their sports bra, so while I was on the phone I asked if they'd consider extending their sizes even further. Jen was very responsive, especially when I told her there really is a market for sportswear at larger sizes. I told her I'd get back to her with more feedback from plus-size people, so here's your chance to be heard!
So, tell me:
1. What are you looking for in a sports bra? What size range would you need? What drives you crazy about the sports bras you've tried before?
2. Which retailers would you like to see carry awesome sports bras in your size?
