book suggestions for general introduction to FA/HAES for mother-in-law?

At breakfast the other day,  in the context of describing her new personal trainer, my boyfriend's mother made a crack about not wanting to "die fat". I replied mildly saying something about how if she did end up dying fat it wasn't the worst fate in the world. The conversation moved smoothly on and I thought nothing of it.

Yesterday I got a very nice email from her, clarifying what she meant and apologizing in the event that she had hurt my feelings. She went on to talk about her own experiences with body image and her relationship with food. She said that she uses food as comfort and that she wants to be "in shape" because that would indicate that she'd mastered what she thinks of as her unhealthy relationship with food.

I'm responding to her right now and am going to tell her about my own experiences, including FA and HAES. I'd like to follow up with some suggestions for books to read. What do you recommend?
