OneStopPlus is actually a conglomeration of Jessica London, Roaman's, Woman Within, Avenue, and several other catalogs. I don't know if the sizing is consistent throughout all of the companies or not, but you might be better checking the websites for the individual retailer rather than OneStopPlus. Just a thought :)

I checked their site, and JL, WW, and Roaman's all use the same size chart. JL didn't used to before, because I have a size 28 coat from them 4 years ago that still fits me at a size 26/28 now.

OneStopPlus is difficult to pin down in terms of fit because they have clothes from a variety of stores and lines. My guess is that if you are planning on buying stretch capris, that a slightly smaller size would do in the Main Street Blues brand (I have no experience with Ellos). My hips are about 70-75" and in stretch jeans and other pants I range from a size 30-34, depending on the style. I have a bunch of Avenue 32 stretch capris that fit me great.

I think they use the same ridiculous sizing the pattern companies do. I had to order a 28 coat for my size and I'm normally 22/24 and it fit fine.

I would order the 34 and maybe the 32, but my waist/hip ratio may be different than yours.

When I was a solid 26, my boyfriend jeans from Roamans/Woman Within were a 30W with no spandex. They barely fit. More recently, as a 26/28, I had a pair of pajama pants that were a 3X. They fit in the waist, but the hip was almost too small. (3X=30/32)

Definitely go with the size chart and get the 34W. I don't know why their sizes are so crazy, but they are.
