Shoe recommendations & reviews of Igigi or Kiyonna wedding dress?
Two questions-
1) Has anyone tried the wedding dresses sold by Igigi or Kiyonna? I'm getting married on the 29th and have had a last minute change of heart about my dress. I've ordered these two dresses and would like to know if anyone else has tried either of them:

Our wedding will be small, outdoors, and I'm going for a vintage/retro look. V-necklines tend to be more flattering for me, so I'm hoping the Kiyonna dress works out. I'm about 48"-42"-52" and 5'4"ish. I have a cool pair of heels to wear with the dress that I love, bought from Zappos: http://canada.zappos.com/n/p/dp/56825573/c/3528.html. 2) I'm heading on vacation in a little over a week's time as part of our honeymoon and looking forward to this year's trip to Boston and NYC. I'll be looking to buy more shoes (yay!) and wondered where those of you near Boston or NYC shop for wide-width shoes? Any recommendations you'd like to share? I'm going to clear out my closet of all of the pairs that are too snug, aren't wide enough or generally are worn out. I'm looking primarily for work-appropriate shoes (lower heeled shoes- 2" or so, flats, boots). I work in HR in an office environment and wear dresses, skirts, and pants to work... not all at once of course :)
