"Bulging Brides"...WTF?!
I was spending the afternoon relaxing and watching Fine Living Network on tv after a very stressful work week, when I was accosted by a preview of this Canadian reality show, "Bulging Brides," in which a bride who can't fit into her wedding dress chooses to engage in a weight loss "boot camp" to help her fit into her dress, all caught on camera. I had to turn off the tv, I was so disgusted. What's the issue with buying a wedding dress that actually fits, rather than trying to fit into a dress that's too small?? Just another example of fat hatred on reality tv that truly disgusts me.

After months of stressful planning and bank-breaking expenses, the real test of a bride’s nerves is the stroll down the aisle in her wedding dress. She knows that all eyes are trained on her, examining every inch of her body in that revealing, ultra-fem gown. No woman wants to be a bulging bride!" Ugh!
