classic (but not boring) lingerie? And other related matters.
I know that there are sites to find novelty lingerie, but where can someone find well-made classic lingerie? Something like Chantelle or Natori for plus sizes? Tap pants, silks, satins, slips, camisoles that go across the chest instead of a work-unfriendly V? Things that look good on and feel good on the skin (not that scratchy poly lace that seems to be everywhere in plus size lingerie land)?
I've been looking at pieces from places like La Perla and Chantal Thomass, and then the offerings at LB and it just makes me sad. I used to be able to take sensuality seriously, but as I've grown larger (and older), it doesn't seem as if I'm supposed to (if that makes sense).
If anyone has any helpful sites or shops of interest, pertaining either to the first question or the last statement, I'd greatly appreciate it.
