new bras!
I finally got new bras! Now I can ask you guys if these tops look good on me, and what to wear with them. Yay! (Pics taken by hubby before he left for work this morning.)
(For the curious, I went to the Woburn Lady Grace yesterday with my three-year-old, who was way more patient than I expected, and had a very helpful lady named Robin bring me all kinds of bras. I ended up with a Dominique 7000 in 40F. Not ideal because it's underwire, but a damn sight better than anything else.)
As I said, I'm wondering if (a) these look good on me and (b) what I should wear them with.
Camisoles (one from clothing swap, one from Friday sales):
As you can see (or not, since my husband was LYING DOWN when he took these) my bra is quite visible all around. Maybe with one of those shrug things? Or should I look for a different bra with less fabric in the center?
More all covering; with a black bra I could even wear this alone. But can I wear a jacket with it? It doesn't seem designed to be tucked in.
Clothing swap top:
I tried it on at the swap keeping in mind the advice to look at bright colors, and everyone insisted that I should take it home. But can I wear it to work? (Maybe on Friday...) Where would you wear it?
