In commemoration of the 400th year of the Reign of Lupus Line on the Throne of All Terra a number of large scale public demonstrations have been approved by the Ministry of Information.
First, a temporary cessation of hostilities with the rebel state of Americania and her scabberous populace. His Imperial Majesty Romulus Lupus the XI released a statement encouraging the peoples of Americania to reconsider their treason in this respite and consider this peace a gift of the Imperial Grace. The cessation of hostilities will begin on Rumulus 23rd at 11am and last 400 hours.
Second, the imperial treasury will deliver the sum of one golden pelt coin to each full citizen of the Empire in good-standing. Slaves and persons of indefinate standing are not eligable.
Third, the moon revels will be attended by the Imperial Personages included the Emperor's father Puck Lupus the IV, who has made a full recovery after the attempt on his person last year.
Fourth, feast meat designates for the moon revels will be allowed one additional measure of foodstuff the day of the revels. His Imperial Majesty wishes the good bite for each of the feast meat. "Be felled quickly, honor your better with a quick kill".
Fifth, Moon Station Luna One will transmit live as Lunar transit intersects on the anniversary. Recordnings of the event will be made by half-citizens during the revels.
Sixth, the Blooding of His Majesty the Prince Royal Canus Lupus will coincide with the revels. A feast meat volunteer from the Australian hunting grounds will serve the Prince Royal on the occasion.
