I'm doing the exact same thing as you. I've changed my major like 3 or 4 times already, but I think I am sticking with the one I have now. My mom was pushing me to do something that would get me a lot of money, and honestly, I don't care about that. I just want a fun job. I've gotten pretty lazy on my stuff too recently, I hope I still have the scholarship by then, if not then I'm gonna go to a cheaper college.
Ok, last I checked you were majoring in biomedical engineering. um, yea. I chose that and was then like...no.
Here's the best advice I can give you. Think of something you really enjoy doing. Like you said video games and Japanese. If you really want to try this, go and see if there is a graphic design major. If not then major in japanese. How I would see it going by is:
You would major in graphic design and minor in japanese. If there isn't a major there, you could major in Japanese and if you actually wanted to do this, go to southwest and get the graphic design major there. In the end you would have both and if you were really good at them, you could live in Japan helping create video games...or you could just do it here in America. I don't know, it's just an idea. But if that were to be your future job, I don't think you would complain. lol.
My major is health and human performance and a minor in dance most likely. In the end I could probably have my own dance classes somewhere. Who knows. Or i could be a fitness trainer and have to be around big sweaty men. >.< It doesn't matter that much as long as I get to move around on my job and not sit at a desk. Plus, it will keep me in shape. :P
The cool thing with the major I got is that I only need 1 math class, which has been done. And I can choose between taking 2 years of chemistry, 1 year of biology, and 1 year of physics. Haha, I'm going out easy, and hopefully fast. @.
