Well I think we've seen the last of our two rooftop lovers.
Remember when I told you that we have had a rash of break ins in the garage? Well Javier who is the resident maintainance/acting security guy here, was doing his normal vehicle check when as he walked past the Pacifica, caught sight of movement, looked in, and saw our couple in a rather, ahem, compromising position, and called the local police. He told me later that the officers came up and tapped on the glass of the vehicle, and the couple had to suffer the indignity of getting dressed in front of them. Javier told the cops that he didn't want to press charges...he just wanted them to never come back because they did not belong here.
I know they were liable to face charges of indecent exposure, and trespassing on private property, as well as whatever extra charges cops are fond of adding on. What probably happened is that the cops shamed them for being there ("get a room") and read them the riot act.
Nope. I don't think they will ever be back after that.
