Anyway, now that my keyboard works, I'm going to request Kyoya/Haruhi. Um...I don't really have a preference, because my theories on that ship got TOTALLY JOSSED after I watched the last four episodes (*tear* and I had such a good fic started before that happened...oh well, I couldn't bring myself to write it after we discovered what a softie Kyoya-kun really is). Oooh, I know. Write a Tamaki/Haruhi/Kyoya fic, in which the boys' dads keep encouraging them to take Haruhi out on dates, which they do without understanding why their fathers are so insistent. Er, preferably not a threesome fic, just a...ends-in-friendship fic? Like the anime did. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Kyoya+Haruhi+Tamaki= WIN. I read the manga (*is a source material Nazi*) instead of watching the anime, so I probably haven't a clue about the whole ends-in-friendship thing, though I've heard that characterizations are essentially the same in the manga and anime.

OMG you have to watch the anime. Oh. My. God. It is the way animes-from-mangas should be done, which is why it is such a crime that there's only one season. On the other hand, the ending is just so PERFECT and satisfying and *sighs happily*. I need to catch up on the manga; I've only read the first five volumes in a crappy translation, so I need to find some decent scanlations to read. But oh my God. You have to watch the anime. And I'm saying that as a source material Nazi myself. YOU HAVE TO. Tamaki...with the ball...and the puppy eyes...*DIES*

YAY FOR SOURCE MATERIAL! I think I may check the anime out the next time I get wi-fi access, as it sounds really good if you find it satisfying. Actually, the Ouran manga is being released here in the States by Shojo Beat, and the translations are ACTUALLY QUITE GOOD. I know cause I own a couple volumes; it's up to 10 at the moment in America. You can probably find it at the library.

everyone needs a little Ouran in their lives! I really, really adore light/witty/humorous stuff that doesn't skirt away from serious/touching moments but still doesn't take itself too seriously. plus I want to kidnap Tamaki so he'd be my puppy.

I don't really care if it's hapless or homosexual--it's fine by me either way XD Now if I can save up enough money to purchase the entire series...
