slightly based off an actual occurance today
(walking around target)
Girl: hey, you're in amherst right?
Nick: sometimes.
Girl: (confused) huh?
Nick: oh, i was joking... yes, i am
Girl: oh.. hehe... well your band is awesome, i saw a show of yours and it was "like wow"
Nick: (thoughts go through my head of how someone could describe my band as 'like wow') oh, well... thats...... yeah... where'd you see us?
Girl: um... some place in fern creek i think
Nick: oh, ok... the fern creek community center. well thats cool
Girl: no, that wasn't it...
Nick: .... what?
Girl: it was somewhere else around that
Nick: well, i mean... i'm not lying to you... it was there
Girl: (confused again) oh... what?
Nick: hey! well, i appreciate your comments, i must be off though
Girl: oh, well where are you'll playing next
Nick: The Belvedere on October 25th, you should go, it'll be a big show
Girl: the Belvedere? thats like the big water thing right?
Nick: boy is it (trying to walk away)
Girl: what time?
Nick: um, i think we play around 9 or something... it starts earlier though so get there for the whole show
Girl: i'll probably just show up for you guys cause you guys rock!
Nick: (thinking to myself of how we could rock so much that NOTHING else matters) well thats cool, thanks
Girl: are you all like, making a CD?
Nick: listen, i'm going to hit you in the face
Girl: huh?
Nick: i just... i mean... you're just the opposite of intelligence is all.. i really don't have any other choice
ok... maybe the last part didn't happen...
so anyways, on october 25th we have a show at 'the big water thing' and you should come watch us because we're 'like wow'
