BLACK XION - News Release

You are cordially invited to join us for the first BLACK XION event! Only two weeks to away and a part of the Endless Night Festival Europe! This event follows the Legacy of many previous EN Productions events including Long Black Veil at MOTHER (www.mothernyc.com), Xorvia and Slimelight New York and the infamous ENDLESS NIGHT FEST IN NEW ORLEANS. However we offer a new format which is a crossroads between fantasy and reality, based on the freedoms of the Netherlands!
Black Xion is going to be held on Saturday, February 14th (Valentines Day!) with doors opening just short of midnight and going to the wee hours of the morning! At the beautiful Du Lac in Amsterdam, Netherlands on 118 Haarlemmerstaat, just 200 meters from Central Station!
Please give a special advance round of applause to all of the dreamers who are doing all of the advance work to make this dream come to reality including: Reverend Crudelia, Lady Angel, Lady Natasta, Kalas, Kitten, Kinma and others!
To pleasure you and provide a multi-dimensional experience, Black Xion is broken down into several different "Dimensions" each with a different theme, performances, fuction and experience:
1st Dimension - THE GATES
The Gate is our enterance and main lounge, here GateKeeper "The Frank" and our door bitch Queen Kitty will be protecting the atmosphere and making sure everyone is in dresscode. Lady ahSatan and the immortal Petra will be managing your memberships and collecting tickets.
2nd Dimension - CYBER VERSAII
Once you are beyond the Gates of Xion, the Cyber Versaii will be YOUR welcoming hall with vendors, a cocktail lounge and our favorite local Amsterdamer photographer FABIO offering his services for a nominal donation for memories of the evening!
3rd Dimension: THE GRANDE HALL - DJs & performances
DJ NILS from the Slimelight UK (www.slimelight.net) and MIKAL of the Matrix in Bochum, Germany. To present these DJs and performers will be our STORYTELLER LORD GORAL, followed by an opening fashion show by the newest corseter on the scene ANNA KARENIA (ww.annakarenia-designs.com), then we well move on to our vampyre tribal operatic performance by HOUSE VARGOTAH (www.vargotah.com) from Germany! Dr. MAD'S FREAKSHOW (www.drmadsfreakshow.tk) will bring a body modification experience unparalleled in Holland and to finish off your bloody tastes we will have REVEREND CRUDELIA as DR. ZERO, with his quite satisfyingly evil ZOMBIE NURSES. To spook your body modification / victorian personality we will also have KASSANDRA presenting her arcane jewelry which you can purchase right off of her slaveboy's body!
4th Dimension - ARABIAN LOUNGE
Th first of our lower chambers and brings you to the ARABIAN LOUNGE with the HOOKAH GIRLS (NOT hookers but water pipes) making them available to satisfy your hunger for certain little green plants we enjoy in this country.
5th Dimension - THE CHAMBER
Features a cavernous dancefloor of unequaled delights including DJs Car, AnnaConda and others bringing you a mix of classic goth and dark techno.
6th Dimension - THE DUNGEON
Brings you deeper into the more debaucheries & wonders of the flesh, with dungeon and fetish play equipment provided by NICO OF THE THIRD FLOOR, Amsterdam's premiere BDSM play party. MASTER LEEN and VALERIA ALEXANDRER will govern the chamber with an iron fist, without a velvet glove!
DRESS CODE
Black Xion prides itself on one of the strictest dress codes in the worldwide fetish/alternative scene. Our belief is that the patrons of an event should reflect the decor as much as the venue. DRESS: Faerie Kings & Queens, pixies, extreme body modifications, animals (equine, lupine, feline & more), straight jackets, satyr horns, lamaia, corsetry, uniforms, medieval armor, chain maile, faeries, angelic/demonic, Asian, dark elves, Gigeresq, satanic priests, head to toe PVC or LATEX!, Artifacts by D'Drennan, Garo Sparo, Baroness, DeMask, Third Millennium, princess/prince gowns, ancient Egyptian, MUTANTS with SPIKES and PIPES!, Oriental, Medusa, ancient gods or goddesses, formal Victorian or Elizabethan.

Advance tickets for Black Xion can be obtained at Legendz Cafe (www.legendz.nl) Kinkerstraat 45. for €10 Euros in advance or online from BlackXion.org. It is highly advised you get your tickets EARLY as they are €15 at the door and we have a limited number available!
FRIDAY 13th! OPENING CEREMONIES @ LEGENDZ CAFE - 8pm until Midnight
Join us also for the grand opening ceremonies and the official European book release of Father Sebastian, Michelle Belanger, Layil Umbralux and Madame X's new book about the vampyre subculture. SUNDAY MORNING AFTERPARTY @ LOST IN AMSTERDAM - 06:00-12:00
Finally we invite you to experience our after party and the grand opening of BX Cafe from 06:00-Noon for a wonderful brunch, movies, DJs and a featured webcam to say hello to the worldwide gothic, fetish and vamypre scene. This event will be a €3 cover and FREE for all performers, DJs and staff. Lost in Amsterdam is located only 200 meters from the DuLac space and is also welcoming many for cocktails before the BX doors open!
SUNDAY BANQUET @ ANUBIS RESTUARANT - 20:00-22:00
We are going to be gathering for our closing ceremonies for the weekend at the wonderful Anubis Restaurant (www.restaurant-anubis.nl). This amazing restaurant styles itself like an ancient Egyptian tomb and serves food based on the ancient recipies found in the Paramids! You need to make your own reservations and Anubis is less than 100 meters from Central Station on Martelaarsgracht 7.
