I'm about to make one helluva real estate move. I'm bidding on a repo condo in East Anchorage thats worth $135,000 for WAY below market value at $75,000. Then I live in it for 2 years, and then I turn around and sell it for $160,000. Money in tha bank baby, money in tha bank.
