There are a few inns in Tetha. I help out at the newest one, the Hinata Inn (we just opened, what, four days ago?). I can send you the lightpost data for Tetha if you'd like.

And...I don't think you're going to be able to make it to Rome anytime soon.

Yeah. It's like coordinates, only it transport you to the place you want to go instead of just telling you where it is.
