UGHHHHHHHHHHH

I hate the grogginess of half sleep that follows me out of naps sometimes. It's even worst when I have a fight while I'm in the process of waking up. Everything feels confused and jumbled. My feelings are wildly out of control and jumbled, perhaps at first a reaction to something real they spiral into waking nightmares- giving me anxiety that keeps me from falling back to sleep.

I hate this.
