Random update
I don't know why, but I just have this sudden urge to update this thing today. I'm actually at work at the moment, but things have died down for the moment due to oh so many things not working.
Anyways, I just got back to Cali from my trip to New England. I had a really great time, even though most of the week was spent hanging around Bob's apartment (hey, I'm a man of simple needs =P)
The two main highlights were on the two weekends. The first Sunday had Bob and I watching the AFC Championship, where we revelled in watching out beloved New England Patriots kick some Colt arse. Truly great! Shortly after, the rest of the "Couch Crew" joined us (Shane and Dewey for those of you not in the 'HDTC know')
It was good hanging out with the old gang again, made me miss Boston a lot - although the cold helped me not miss it so bad =P (I've also learned that I hate wearing jackets now. Boy, CA has spoiled me in the weather department).
The other, of course (if you've talked to me in the past couple months) was getting to see Miss Jess. The story of this is a whole other journal entry all together, which knowing me will never get posted, but the short version goes as follows:
Things did not start out as I would have idealy liked... quite the contrary, actually, but it was worked through and things ended up being really great. I think I had more fun on that one Saturday then I have had in a long time. Hopefuly Comic Con will be so great (even if it does seem like it may take a miracle for it to be).
But now it is warm, and I am working... at least there's still the Super Bowl.... GO PATS!
