I was reminded of the setup of Psycho when watching this movie; however it left me with a similar feeling to the one I had after seeing The Village: basically that it was a scary movie without gore or nastiness - which I like.

While the characters are pretty stupid at the beginning, they eventually wise up and struggle against their situation, so I enjoyed the experience.
