I am THRILLED about my new lights.
The last few days have been chalk full of holiday parties. I suppose working in two labs will do that. Anyways, it's been wonderful. I've gotten to see/talk to all sorts of cool people outside of work for the first time. It's occasionally awkward for me, but generally it's wonderful. And I have a newfound love for Yankee Gift Swap. Last night's acquisition of a game of Uno was acceptable, but the real victory was Risk, won at the CCBI party after a hard battle with Rob and Kai Min.
Anyways, I'm all partied out. Time to squeeze in some last minute shopping and then head down to Virginia.
Oh, and there was that D&D meme. I did it, but forgot t save the html and such. I'm a neutral-good human wizard. Hooray? Int/Dex/Cha all at 17 though, which I'm happy about. Constitution...would it surprise everyone if that wasn't so high? I need some meat on these bones.
