[After his run in with Ciel and establishing a contract with her, Archer has been spending most of his time testing his abilities and making sure everything is right. The thing he's realized thus far is that his Noble Phantasm is still inactive. Which means he has to recreate all the swords he knows through his memory, until he gets access to his Reality Marble. Not that it's a big issue, but UBW made things a lot simpler. So, sometime around noon, you'll likely see him-
Scenario A: In John Doe park, standing in the middle of the open area. Every now and then a large assortment of swords will appear in the ground around him. They stay there for a minute or two, while Archer collects data in his mind of them, until vanishing away in a flash of light. This cycles every five to ten minutes. Sometimes he might pick up one of the swords to observe it in closer detail. You choose whether he does or not. Gilgamesh is invited to throw a hissy fit over his weapons being recreated.
Scenario B: Using the bow he projected to shoot some targets from the roofs of the store buildings. Right now he's just using simple arrows he created - the bow he projected isn't nearly as well made as his personal one, so any Broken Phantasms or just simple magical energy will definitely destroy it. Targets include trees, maybe a drone every now and then. If you walk by at the wrong time it'll likely be you. It's accidental unless you're Shirou
Once he finishes everything he goes back home and places some calls.]

What do people do around winter time and New Years here? ...I imagine America becomes fairly festive, but then again this is Mayfield. [The tone is rather gloomy when he speaks. He's...not very festive.]

You're the one who I talked to before, right? I promised to give you an exhibition of my abilities when I got them returned. Is now a good time for you?

Scenario C: Later in the evening he'll be watching the town atop the statue of the mayor in the park again. Not that the statue is the highest point in the town at all - but it's a good place for him to practice his Clairvoyance and get a better scope of the town from a high place. If you pass by him he'll be staring up toward the skyline, letting his eyes do their work.
And no he doesn't care that the statue is of the Mayor and that he's standing on his bald(?) head.]
