okay today for breakfast I had eggs and sausage and biscuits and bacon and orange juice and cereal and a smoke.
for lunch i had a tuna sandwich a salad cookies cereal fries and a smoke and apple juice and a dr. pepper.
and that's all so far.
oh and 196 again! Yay... this was before breakfast this morning so i dunno how much the food added to that. hopefully some of the weight will stay
