[Arf is starting to growl low in the back of her throat and the clerk looks over at Rider.]

Ma'am, dogs aren't allowed inside the store. Please take your pet outside.

Can you not see that this "dog" is a woman? [Because if she can, nothing would make sense.

[Apparently the clerk is now more worried about Rider's apparent health and delusions than the 'dog'. Who just jerked the broom out of the clerk's grasp.]

[The clerk goes back to ignoring them, leaning the broom against the wall and grabbing a rag to wipe the counter down.]
