Back to my kittenish self!
Thanks to all the help from friends (esp. G) and finally kicking myself in the rear to get life in gear I am back to my kittenish self and jmattax and I are happily puttering about the countryside. (well, not exactly puttering, but you get the idea) So now you all shouldn't have to put up with a mopey me (as much, I am female, give me chocolate!), at least from relationship type schtuff. So yeah, back to normal just in time for final week (hehe... only one final this year ::ducks and runs for cover from the angry mob::).
Speaking of final(s) week: I am going to be spending most of it working at ISD, followed by babying my garden and cleaning up the house. I suddenly realized earlier last month that I have a house, granted, it is rented, but it is a house with a garden. As such I intend to take care of it and make it all spiffy (yes I used that word) and neat. Not to say that it will be clean mind you. "Neat" is being used in the sense of "ooh, comfy" rather than "spickandspan." (Ahem: the verb "dust" is a four letter word to me except in rare circumstances such as when my brain gets bitten by the cleaning bug and decides to clean EVERYTHING in sight. The last time that happened the dogs got a bath and the garden went in.)
Oi. I am rambling, but at least it is a good ol'fashioned ramble post, rather than my recent mope posts. By the by, I will have to make that spaghetti sauce again sometime as it turned out really well for just tossing things together. Which reminds me that I need to get more canned tomatoes and beets from my family in Burque as I am out/almoust out of both.
