Also, I threw out my back (or rather, my back was thrown out for me by someone else) four years ago and IT WAS THE SINGLE WORST THING IN THE UNIVERSE. FEEL BETTER! Have you tried heat packs at all? Sometimes that helped my muscles to chill out enough that I could nap.

I have! And hot water. I was curled up on the floor yesterday though lol. It was really bad; today though, walking around and moving helped a lot. Heating pads and whiskey, man. The best.

YEESH, I remember that. When I messed mine up I was still living in a dorm and LITERALLY COULD NOT GET UP TO GET MEALS. I lived on my cereal and ramen stash for three days (CLASSY).
