I love House like this, impatient and caught up in Cameron, like season 1. Their situation is always imperfect, and that's how you write them, complete with their imperfections.

I really liked the connection between them being stuck in their pattern vs. being stuck in the elevator. Then they kiss, the pattern changes, the elevator starts up again...and so do they.

They're always pushing the other, pulling the other, trying to keep something the same that's close to changing. I like that House is finally breaking the habit of what was between them before, but knowing some of the habits between them will never change. Whether or not it's a good thing and whether they can stay like this before pushing and pulling too far, is, in my mind, unclear. Which is good, I think.
