I think here, it isn't even about the sex. It's about the falling boundaries and then faced with the sudden exposing of each other, or rather, the beginning of it. Nakedness is a frightening concept, particularly in the essence of their relationship.
*laughs* And I do know how you feel about angst, and this was angstless. It was more reflecting-- I'm breaking away from teh angst.

Absolutely. Trust me when I say I could do without the horrid amount of time spent on poets like Wordsworth and Matthew Arnold. Or good god, I'm sure I would've been a better, saner person without a semester on Beowulf.
