I have so many freakin' pin pricks on my fingers. Argh, they're annoying me while I type this. Oh well.
I finished 99% of my Judas costume. :D I've been working on it since Friday. Hoo ha! Hopefully the cape won't annoy me too much - it still needs work. I can always get more fabric for it but... hmm. I dunno.
Ah! I LOVE JUDAS' SLEEVES. THE RUFFLES, THE PINKISH-PURPLE RUFFLES! ARGH. Yep, he is so not gay. :p The entire costume so far looks okay... not my best work, I could have done it better. I slacked off, yes I did. Besides, I only had three days to work on it. I couldn't start a complex design and finish in time. ;-; No, I did not bother to make his bone mask. It would have been too short of a notice to start one and have it done in time... ::whinewhine.:: Since I can't make his mask nor have a Judas haircut, I need a wig. Perhaps I'll find a nice one today that I can hairspray/style. But that means I have to actually go out and get some hairspray. ARGH, EFFORT.
I also need to contact Matt so I can make him Loni's arm thingies... hee hee. I need more fabric for that, too.
Since I did not want to ruin my clothes by sewing everything onto it I used alternative means. YES YOU HEARD ME. MY ENTIRE COSTUME IS HELD TOGETHER WITH SAFETY PINS. GHETTO JUDAS! BEAT THAT. HAH. I rock.
::sniff.:: Next year I am MOST DEFINITELY going to a tailor for my costume. What will be the design? I have no clue. I need to think of something that is both fairly recognizable and something that I also will enjoy costuming (is that a word? LOL) around in. I could do Judas again but I doubt people would know. Argh, ignorance. Anyways, back to my point! I am so making a kickass costume next year though, I promise myself that. I am SO going to win costume of the year. I want to. I can't lose. ARGH. That's it -- that's my goal! I WILL WIN PILGRIM'S SENIOR COSTUME OF THE YEAR! Next year. NEXT YEAR! JUST YOU WAIT! Argh. I will be 100% dedicated, use 100% effort. RRRRRAAAARGH.
