This is very beautiful. It has a really fairytale feel to it and your descriptions are just lovely.

Her dreams were woven with the filaments of nebula, lit by gamma bursts and trailing on eddies of solar winds.

Very nice - you did a great job showing us the impact of the Doctor's visit on the rest of Amy's childhood. Never really thought about it before, how different it would have made her. It makes her both sad but also lucky because she got to know that there was more than the ordinary out there for her.
