Apparently I'm redundant...
Well as of 5 o'clock today I am offically unemployed...I was just made redundant. Not overly surprising given the lack of work I have had the last 6 months, but still a shock as I had no warning. I got a reasonable redunancy payout enough to give me three months to find another job. They are just paying out my 4 weeks notice so I don't have to work it. Hasn't quite sunk in yet. I'm tired and going to bed early, will deal with it tomorrow...ironically I was only just whinging to hubby about not having time off for Christmas, I certainly do now.
