Ahh, it seems you are doing much better than when I last saw you my good dragon. A good meal can do wonders.

[Should I just going to assume that Haer'Dalis' conversation with him a few days ago? xD]

I sure am! [The dragon smiles brightly.] A meal indeed does wonders

I wish I could have cooked it though.

(OOC: Yeah, and anything said in the former post from now on will be back tagging)

Oh, and that's a cow I believe, if I remember the prime material plane correctly.

Yes, I assume your breath weapon must not be working because of the chip aye? Do you have a flame breath weapon, or do you perhaps have something more elaborate like an acid or ice breath weapon?

(OOC: That should simplify it, thanks :D)

Well I can breathe out fire, ice, earth, and lightning, as well as having the ability to create earthquakes and to control time. Cynder's was also trying to help me with getting the ability to use air as well.

[Here's Haer'Dalis dropping his jaw for a moment here]

Holy sh[THIS CONTENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO DRAGON MINORS!]t! What can't you do? I know demigods that would tremble before such incredible powers.

Well, using the powers like fire, ice, earth, and lightning are truly easy; the other powers wear me out a lot more. If I overuse my abilities I could lose them until my recover. There's also the risk of falling into darkness when I access my dark dragon powers.

I almost killed myself when I put the world back together as it broke to pieces. I recovered quickly though.

That's still thoroughly impressive for such a young age my good Spyro. I imagine that when you reach full maturity, you won't even need much time to recover from using your more powerful abilities. As for falling into darkness... you remind me quite a bit of an old friend of mine actually. He was the spawn of the dead god of murder, and also had quite a few unique abilities of his own. However if used to often he would lose himself entirely, and become nothing but murder incarnate.

Both of you are truly amazing beings my friend.

I don't like to access my dark powers though... It makes me feel a little bit more like the Dark Master every time I do...

By all means then, don't use the dark powers much. I did mention what would happen when my friend used his powers right? I'd hate for such a fate on either one of you.

Who is this Dark Master anyways? He doesn't exactly sound like a friendly fellow.

[Spyro took another large chuck from the cow, and ate it. Eating surely made him feel less hesitant about talking of Malefor and his dark doings.]

He was dragon somewhat like me; the first ever purple dragon. He started the war in our world that wiped out the dragons in our world. The war lasted a good twenty years.

... you're right he does sound like rather evil bastard doesn't he? ...is he perhaps your father? Or grandfather? If he was the first ever purple dragon... Or is it perhaps that purple dragons simply show up somewhere along the bloodline?

[Spyro swallowed hard, nearly choking this time.]

My father... or grandfather...? [He trembled violently.] I... I don't know. The purple dragon appears once every ten generations. I never met my father though.

[Haer'Dalis winced at his tactlessness]

Ah, forgive me dear Spyro, I had no idea you didn't know of who your parents were. I suspect it's possible but, perhaps I'm simply over thinking it.

[Spyro trembled even more violently.]

I... I wouldn't know what to say... If he was my father... I...

My dear Spyro, my grandather was a demon, who are parents are does not reflect who we choose to be. You should not put quite so much stock into who spawned you my friend.

I guess you're right. [He pauses for a moment, but then smiles again and takes another bite out of the cow.]

Well, all that matters is that I don't become like him at all, right?
