I'm back

Ok we are all moved now and I feel much better for it. I will avoid going into details but that guy got even worse and many more bad things happened but I'm just glad it's all over with now.

The new house is nice, better than the old one in a lot of ways, the bathroom is much better and has a bigger tub and a separate shower which is nice. We have been trying to get some decorating and stuff done as soon as we can to put our mark on the place so there have been plenty of trips to ikea and the like, I will post some photos as soon as it's starting to look cohesive enough!

I'm amazed that the internet took 7 days to transfer especially because last time we move it took over 7 months! but I'm not complaining.

We found some huge canvas prints at matalan for really cheap so we picked one up and will probably get some more, I suppose they are a bit cheesy in a way but I still find they look effective and they were a bargain, I'm talking about stuff like this: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/20114901 but for £20 each and not £90! they had smaller 1 meter wide ones for £10 too.

I picked up a few items of clothing there too, I love it when people manage to design cheap stuff that actually looks good, there was a lot of horrific looking clothing and home decorations too though!

There was a really nice retro looking radiator cover in the living room when we moved in, just like this one: http://www.brass-grilles-shop.co.uk/classic-radiator-cover---large-satin-white-189-p.asp
We might paint it but aren't totally sure yet.

What else what else.... Oh we can't use our oven because there is no wiring for an electric one set up which I found really strange, I thought every house had that nowadays. Does anyone have any idea how much something like that would cost? it needs the whole cable from the consumer unit installed, might be easier to sell ours and get a gas only one.

That's about all I can think of for now!

I hope everyone is well and happy.
