christmas...
i have such mixed emotions about christmas. i have no reason not to like it, but sometimes, i just can't stand it. anyways, i have a lot of great childhood memories about it...
me and siblings all waking eachother up at like three in the morning so we could have our stockings.
then all sitting around, being loud, hoping momma and daddy would wake up so we could open our presentes. haha.
spending the rest of christmas with my family, and my best friends.
spending christmas eve at one of my grandparents houses, and finally being allowed to open one present.
egg nog.
every christmas eve greg would get hurt, and we'd end up in the ER. it was never anything too serious though, and it was always funny.
Oh christmas night, we'd always try to go do something, like last year, we went to bakersfield to go to a movie. we ended up getting snowed in there, denny's was the only reasturant open, the movie we wanted to see wasn't playing, and we had to sleep in a small motel 6, with no clothes or anything. but it was so fun the whole time. my parents never let that kind of thing ruin it for us. we always just joked about it, and made it fun.
