Memory

Sep 19, 2005 23:24

Five years now you have been gone,
looking back it has seemed so long...
Living the extreme riding to the sunrise,
meeting the supreme shortly to surprise.
Your the first friend of that I lost,
The instantness of innocence was the cost.
Your remains were left in a metal vase,
My heart still displays your cherry face.
Back when we were dumb and young,
we'd skip school so we could have fun.
Even though i was underage drunk and on a hill,
You never let me get get behind the wheel.
What will haunt me to the day i die,
I never stopped got my hugs and said "good-bye"
When though the media deceives the true facts,
I know what to believe and always had your back.
To me your so much more than just a memory,
I will always love you my dear friend Emily.
