I'm ready!

Well, I'm gearing myself up for a regular workout schedule. I know it will be fairly easy for this week as I'm not working, but it will be hard when work kicks in after New Years. To help get motivated, I stepped on the dreaded scale. I'm so out of control it's pathetic. I weighed 193.6 this morning. I gained 35 lbs in the past 3 months while sick and on all those stupid meds (I was 157). I can't waste time whining about it, though - I can only focus on losing it and mini successes. My stats are this:
