Happy happy birthday dear juliatbwa1! I hope your day is lovely. We'll miss you tonight, but we'll get together soon, like Sunday or Monday?
I ordered the book that my love was coveting, as well as the Kevyn Aucoin book I was coveting, and also I think something else, but I'm not 100% sure, and I DO NOT like Amazon's 1-click ordering thing, especially when it's non-cancelable and inadvertant. I was attempting to order something from another friend's wishlist as well, but I think it failed. Oh well. I'll try again another time when I'm not quite so tired.
I want to have my eyebrows done, but I am so picky about them. I am letting them grow in so that I can reshape them, but I have yet to find a place that does what I want. If there is one that's important to me vanity wise, it's having fabulous eyebrows. Where to go?
It's also about that time to start again with the weight loss/excersise thing. Feeling more settled and have more time to commit and make a lifestyle change. We've been cooking a lot more, and that makes such a difference. I was going to clean out the pantry and do my thing with that this week to get started, but since the kids are here, I want to wait til Sunday.
I need to find a seamstress in the next couple of weeks, and start having my corset made and ball gown skirt made, cause I'm running short on time, hoping losing weight will not be too big a pain in the ass for the seamstress.
I also need to order my fabric from Denver Fabrics! Oh, I can go ahead and do that with xmas $ and get it out of the way. Of course, I don't have a pattern and have no idea how much I actually need. Grr. Cannot find a ballgown skirt pattern I really like. Blargh. I just really need a decent seamstress who can help me figure that one out.
Enough inane rambling, need to go decorate our fantastic little white fiber optic xmas tree.
