Hey guys! Just a quick update to say im still alive, and im tginkinf of yoy all =)
I got married last week! Woo!

Well here you go m'dears =)
Day 1:
Breakfast: 200g pineapple chunks
Morning tea: 200g pineapple chunks
Lunch : 60g lettuce, half onion, 3 tomatoes, cucumber, 1teaspoon vinegar dressing.
Afternoon tea: 200g pineapple chunks
Dinner: 2 corncobs with 1teaspoon butter
Day 2:
Breakfast: 85g prunes
Morning tea:85g prunes
Lunch: 300g strawberries
Afternoon tea:85g prunes
Dinner:2large baked potatoes, 1tbspn butter.
Day 3:
: up to 5kg of grapes throughout the day.
Day 4
Breakfast: 85g dried apricots
Morning tea:85g dried apricots
Lunch: 60g spinach, 100g mushrooms, 4 celery sticks, 1teaspoon dressing.
Afternoon tea:85g dried apricots
Dinner: 300g pasta with tomato basil sauce.
Day 5
Throughout the day, switch between papaya, pineapple, apple and grape
Day 6
Up to 3 papaya throughout the day.
Dinner: 280g lamb seasoned with rosemary and thyme, 1small potato, 1 carrot, 3 pieces brocoli
Day 7
Throughout the day upto 200g pineapple per meal.
Dinner: 60 g spinach, 30g lettuce, 3sliced carrots, 2 sliced radishes, 100g sliced mushrooms, 4 celery sticks, 2tablespoonsdressing.
