i was watching the news, and it was saying how immigrants come into this country at a healthy weight but after living here for a short time they start to be come obese. so they have classes to tell them how to eat healthy and try to stay active. some of them were saying how they didnt have sweets and candy in their country and they didnt know sugar could be so bad for u...so true..america sucks
