Bizarre Happenings...
Merlin, what a weird night. So I went to go visit a friend of mine. She's a bartender (I know lot's of them, get over it) at this little tiny club/bar in London. To get to it, you need the right ticket - which I had - and then you need to find it. So off I went,into the alleyway and down a long spiral staircase that takes you below the streets. It is underground in more than one sense of the word.
Anyways, my friend the bartender decided to tell me about her job. The DJ iss a harmless pacifist and was well recieved. The bouncers are your usual fare. The owner makes her uncomfortable so she might look for a new job. It seemed like it was all set up to be mostly a waste of time.
Then, of course the owner shows up and throws a punch. I think he didn't like me talking to my friend. I'm not sure why. It's not like she was slacking... It was weird and now I think he's got something to hide. I'm not sure they'll let me in next time, but they might, considering they never kicked me out. The owner, by the way, ended up unconscious, but I'm a little bruised and I still need to heal that cut. Damn bouncers...
Still, rather annoying, but I'm a little curious now. Wonder if I can convince my friend to stay....
In other news, I'm pretty bored right now trying to catch up on paperwork. I might forsake the whole thing and go home.
Also weird: I met this strange kid who was trying to kill seemingly imaginary bugs. It was very bizarre.
