Kelly and billy were arrested in putnam county for reasons.. I have no idea.. they found out who they were.. sent kelly home.. and kept billy in jail .. Billy released himself on bond at 10:31 am this morning, but he is a day late and a penny short cause Kelly is locked into a high security mental ward that I will not post on here
