today i woke up at 8 to get rdy for bball. got there and too much drills that had running. dint drink enough water and got a heat exhaustion thingamajigger. stopped in the middle of dribbling drills and ran to bathroom to barf. fucking felt like passing out. then went back in after a while. what a day.
