After the stalking away from what would probably be the complete end of any relationship that ever existed between Mai and Akuma, Mai had decided to stalk right back to the apartment that was basically on the outskirts between her world and the Nexus. Convenient, no?
"God, what a jack-ass." She grumbled under her breath, moving to scale the steps up to her room of the apartment complex, right on the third floor. It was good for her legs really, that was the whole point of that.
Once getting to the designated one she fumbled in the pockets that somehow existed in her jean shorts and fished out the key before unlocking and opening the door. Once that was done she moved in, waiting for Alta to get in before closing and securely locking the door behind her.
That was about the time she'd flop on the couch that existed in the little main area of the apartment. It wasn't big, but served it's purposes. "Great, even things in here will remind me of that oaf."
