There's things she doesn't know about herself and no one to tell her. Considering--

-stops and assumes Akihiko knows why he cut himself off during that statement-

The only thing I've been able to figure out is that she's not here. Shes' not on the island. And because of that, I feel lost. Who knows where the hell she is? But if she didn't go off the island, she's doing a damn good job of hiding.
