Good always triumphs over evil.
Following up on yesterday's issue, and after a nice argument with my boyfriend in which I explained to him how unfair it was for his dad to want our appartment, he made a proposal to me.
He said, "What if we apply for the apartment now and whenever there's one available, we just move in... even if it is before the wedding?" And before I went all bersek on him about wanting to move in only after the wedding, I gave it a thought. Since this a community owned by the government, the total income of the residents must be in between two numbers, which right now we fit perfectly in. The downside is, in a couple of months I will be getting a promotion at the movie theatre to management, and by making more money, it would mean us not being applicable for the apartment. Once we're moved in, it doesn't matter how much money we make... and I'm thinking it's a good idea.
As for his dad, he promised he would convince him not to move in, and use the dogs as his excuse. See, there is justice in this world.
