and shit...john (carol's husband) is in mississippi right now working relief with ashplundh's electrical side.... he said he was in one of the better parts of town and there were still robberies in every guns store, and everyone armed themselves, whether for defense or offense...another crew in lousiana got shot at, and when they ran, the shooters stole the tools off the trucks.... THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU...TRYING TO RESTORE POWER AND PEACE AND YOUR STEALING THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO HELP YOU
Well, that reply makes more sense than the way you put it before.
First of all, I have a bit of sympathy for these people, because its tragic to lose everything like that and now be stuck in all that shit, having to start all over.....
But when you live between 2 rivers, below sea level, off the Gulf of Mexico....and know a hurricane's coming....DONT FUCKING CRY WHEN THIS SHIT HAPPENS! Thats like living in Alaska and crying to CNN when you get snowed in....or living in California and bitching when an earthquake opens up your backyard.
Yeah, I watch these fuckers on TV every morning and it amazes me how uncivilized these cocksuckers can be! And they have the nerve to blame the government? They act like a bunch of fucking animals! THEY are making it harder on THEMSELVES!
Granted, not everyone is like that. Some people are just trying to survive and do what they have to. And I feel for them. I really do.
But there are more troops in Louisiana now than in Baghdad! (I dont remember the numbers, but I think thats accurate) Shit, they actually have MARINES going down there now! And if Marines are going you know its fucking serious.
I just dont understand how so many people look at the government like they havent done anything. Shit, those assholes are lucky that theres ANYTHING being done! If i was on some kinda help mission, and i got attacked (like the news crew you mentioned) I'd leave and tell those people to fuck themselves.
Thats the ONLY (and i mean only) good thing I can say about Michigan: There are no natural disasters........just way too many people.
