Man, my clarinetist friend Stephanie just posted the first Daria episode on her LJ, but the sound is off from the picture--I just can't do that. I need synchrony.
Does anyone have any suggestions for some good music? I downloaded some albums of Daniel Lanois, who I'm not sure if anyone has even heard of. Of course it's ethereal and of course I like it. Apparently he helped produce music for U2 and some other people I should know, but I'm not holding it against him.
Has anyone else noticed that men's clothes at gap fit smaller and women's there fit larger? Is that supposed to be a self-esteem booster for men who want to be bigger and women who want to feel smaller? I may be the last person to have figure that out, but what a revelation. It's an intelligent move and psychologically comforting, but on the barrier of disturbing that our society buys into--every last one of us. Aaron would know, you worked there.
And Tiffany has officially been accepted to the University of Illinois. Not like it's any surprise, but that just means we can make the FACE across the room in band now, just like we used to.
I went to Boob Evans today for breakfast. That place is shocking.
