Gabby fittingly recieved this name because when she sees you heading in the direction of her kennel, she starts WHINING with joy like nobodies business! Gabby is nothing but pure happiness. She seems pretty darned energetic which is why I wouldn't recommend her with small children (they may resemble bowling pins to an energetic pit bull :o)although I know once she's released all that energy, she can finally calm down to snuggle up with you. When Gabby came in she appeared very well fed and her coat was in great shape, very flashly little thing. Gabby doesn't have a massive head either. In fact, I'd say for a pit bull, its one of the smaller ones I've seen. Gabby is nothing but beautiful mixed with a ton of happiness. She isn't letting her situation get her down. If you are interested in Gabby, please HURRY and fill out an application. Gabby's previous owner(s) never came back to claim this! wonderful little girl and her time is very limited. Gabby has a little less than 15 days left to live!

Skynard is a complete goofball. He is a big, silly and incredibly commical fellow. Skynard is probably about 8 months old with a gorgeous golden brindle coat. Skynard wants only one thing in life, which is to HAVE A GOOD TIME! Skynard doesn't take life to serious and thinks being in the shelter is just an awsome play time vaction with his other furry buddies. Skynard has been great with all dogs big and small although we will not make same sex placements. Skynard is also spectacular with everyone he has met. Skynard has a great big ol' tongue that he just loooves to smack and slober all over people with. Skynard is a great puppy and needs to find a home fast. He has less than two weeks before he will be euthanized. If you think you can provide Skynard with years of fun, he would love for you to fill out an application!

Porky has lived a very neglectful life until now. Porky was picked up as a stray while he was dragging a huge tow chain that was padlocked around his neck. The chain was only about a foot long. Porky was very frightened the first week at the shelter but has since livened up to people. When you would first walk up to Porky's kennel he would cower and tremble in the corner, well not anymore. After a week of good treatment, treats and walks; Porky has done a 180. Porky has warmed up to people and when you approach his kennel now, he starts bouncing up and down with excitement. He absolutely loves playing the "if you want me, come get me game." When he's let out into the yard by himself he just runs and runs and runs! Porky is probably about 2 years old and has a beautiful, shinny black coat with a white spotted patch on his chest. Porky is dressed in a Boston Terrier costume all year long...lol! Porky would really love to be adopted by a person with breed experience or someone who has dealt with neglected dogs. Porky has been treated with a heavy hand and would love a chance at a new life!
