525,600 minutes....
We went and saw "Rent" tonight.
To be precise, we saw Rent and about 4 minutes of Harry Potter.
We were in a bit of a rush and thought we were going to miss the beginning, so we sort of ran into the theatre without complete directions. Unfortunately, we only realized after squeazing our arses past a row of strangers and getting comfortable in our seats. We actually sat there for a few minutes watching Dumbledore and co. I'm thinking, "Why is there a preview for Harry Potter? And why is it so long?". Aaron's thinking, "Ooooooh, a boat!"
Rent was really good. I would say just a tad more thoughtful than, "From Justin to Kelly", the last musical I saw in theatres. I wasn't prepared for how sad it would be, though. Aaron's shirt was kindly donated to the cause- an excellent hankie indeed.
I miss musical theatre now.
Oh well, there will always be dancing and singing by myself in my apartment.
