I haven't said anything in a really long time

Well, in this journal, at least! It's true, it has been quite some time. I used to write in here all the time, but now I can put my totally pointless banter in facebook or in g-chat statuses, which now even gets forwarded to Google Buzz. There is no end to the random places that I can say stuff that is totally random. Randomocity for the win!

So what's new with me? Well I get to have surgery in a few weeks! Yay! It turns out that at some point, I probably lifted something that was a little too heavy. So from there, you can figure out what it is that I am having surgically repaired, I'm sure, and you know why that's all the detail I'm going to give you. I'll be laid out at home for a little while. Not that it's a vacation, but it might be kind of nice to take it easy at home for a little while and unwind. I've been busy with a lot of stuff, including my job and my new bathroom renovation project. Yes, I'm renovating my bathroom! And yes there will be pictures. A new camera purchase is in the works because the one I have now is a piece of crap. Seriously, I think it's probably the worst camera ever. Well ok, I don't actually think that, but whatever.

I'm going to see Alice in Wonderland tonight in SUPER AWESOME DIGITAL 3D AWESOMENESS! I saw Avatar in 3D and it was spectacular, and a good portion of its spectacularocity is probably the fact that it was in 3D.

I have been toying with ideas in my head of what I can do to bring back my LiveJournal from the dead. I have come up with an idea that I plan on pursuing...it may end up being a total disaster, or it may be the finest moment in LiveJournal history. Definitely not anywhere between, nope. I plan to write a serialized short story, released in several parts over several different entries. Will it be high drama? Will it be edge-of-your-seat suspense? Will it make you laugh until you literally puke all over yourself? Maybe it will be all 3. Or none. Or, like, 2.6. Yeah, that seems likely. I may even do the first part of it this weekend. Stay tuned!
