Surprisingly, it only took Quick half the time to get out of the second box than it did the first. After waking up to the dripping of water, flipping out for almost a whole day, and trying to copy what he did before to no avail, he came to the conclusion that whoever was doing this knew he didn't like to stay still and was torturing him by forcing ( Read more... )

Well at least Quick won't be dragging his muddy and wet self into the house, as Crash is outside with the Pipi today. Completely unaware of the approaching Quick or the other robot's run in with trauma boxing again.

Crash better be prepared for a full on tackle then, because Quick isn't slowing down.

It's not like Crash needs his spine intact, or his head undented, and he is made to withstand heavy impacts. That and not expecting full speed Quick tackle and Crash goes down with a very loud crack when they hit the ground.

Quick is dazed for second, but then latches onto Crash, babbling.

Crash will need a moment. He's got the robot equivalent to a concussion. And the pipi freaking out and Quick's babbling isn't helping.

The babbling stops after a moment, as Quick runs out of things to say.

That is good except... "Jung?" Something got knocked loose cause that's not what Crash meant to say.

Quick peers at Crash oddly. He was still in a panic so is under the impression that he's going too fast to understand what Crash is saying. This at least gets him to try and calm down sooner than he would normally, but does nothing to fix the real problem.

Crash stares right back at Quick, before trying again. "Jung unccrarq abj?" And he blinks, because that was not what he was saying all. Well that is it's all gibberish.

As far as he knew, he was keeping up with the sounds, but the words still didn't make any sense. Maybe he broke something; he wouldn't doubt it with how much time he'd been in that small space.

"Crash?" But then why did what he say sound fine?

"... V guvax lbh oebxr fbzrguvat, Dhvpx." Crash just made a frustrated sound now, because everything came out wrong and weird and what the heck. He hit his head when Quick tackled him but this was just weird. And the pipi was making annoyed sounds and if Quick is paying attention Crash looks just a bit frustrated.

He is and recognizes what's going on. He'd been there before, though not the same way Crash was right now.

"What's wrong? Can you... show me?" Since talking was out, there were many other options for communication.

Crash made a slight pushing motion, since he can't really show Quick much with the older robot on top of him after the tackling. And once Crash can get himself into a sitting position he'll just sort of...

Pantomime being tackled and smacking his head with a hand and hopefully Quick will get it.

Quick will scoot over so he's sitting next to Crash instead of on top of him and what the motions, frowning guiltily when he realizes what happened.

"O-oh. I... lets get Kats to fix it!" He immediately starts pulling Crash to his feet.

"Jung?! Ab, ur'yy zrff fbzrguvat hc naq V'yy or jbefr!" Crash blurts out, panicking and not really caring that Quick can't understand a single thing he said. Although he doesn't stop Quick from pulling him to his feet.

He might be missing the words, but the tone and Crash's panicking are easy enough to figure out. "What's wrong with Kats?"
